My 58 year old sister was told she may have cancer. My question is this. They told her she has lesions on the lungs, they did the test where they filled the lungs up with fluid and nothing showed up for cancer, she has had a colonoscpy done, that was negative, she had a brain scan, that showed markings on the bone, orginially they told her that her shoulder and knee looked like cancer, they now say that is arthritis. She is in a lot of pain as her ribs look translucent they say, she is extremely tired, sometimes short of breath. They said her lymphnodes are swollen, and are scheduling to do a biopsy on that this week. I know this is a lot of stuff, but can you give me any names of diseases that could be related to these symptoms, we know there is a chance it is cancer but every test they have run has come back negative. I know fibermyalga has the symptoms of fatigue, but is the pain as severe in that? Any suggestins to different diseases would be appricated. We do not hav canfer in our family, she has had a history og blood clo problems.
