I am babysitting a little girl that is almost two years old and she constantly pulls out her hair to the point that she looks like a cancer baby, she doesn't speak, and she has some ocd like behaviors i.e. she can't stand to be dirty, she has a fear of men. She lives with both parents and her grandfather. Both parents work a day job, and both think this behavior is normal. They say she's been pulling her hair out in clumps since she was a baby. Supposedly she does it when she's tired. but when I tell her to stop she does. Is this a product of bad parenting? please help, distressed babysitter.
