I am a 50 year old female, normal pap, but I have spot bleeding when I urinate, mucusy blood, continously spot bleeding all month long.

Hi,

You may be having problems in the lining of the uterus including the possibility of a uterine cancer (endometrial carcinoma). This would not be picked on a PAP smear but would require a biopsy of the lining of the uterus. Please do not ignore this symptom, and remember to get yourself evaluated by an Ob/gy at the earliest,
