I have blood in my stool, long periods of constipation and a decrease is diameter of stool. I am a breast cancer survivor and I'm wondering if the cancer has spread to my colon?

Colon is not a common place for breast cancer to spread , but it can happen . I suggest to you to see a Gastroenterologist for an evaluation as soon as possible . You may need tests including a colonoscopy.
