Do you know what percentage of oxygen the patient is recieving - that would be essential to determine the exchange of oxygen

The patient is retaining CO2 (normal pCO2 is 40)so based on the limited information available (You did not give the entire blood gas results) - it seems like the patient is not doing well.

The PO2 is OK - at 100, however it is taking 100% O2 to obtain that level. Room air contains 21% Oxygen

You asked for a scale of 1-10 I would say 3 or 4 at best.

As for the Hemoglobin - this is low at 7.5 with low normal about 13.5. I would give this also about a 3 on a scale of 1-10.

Based on the limited information available: Diagnosis of advanced stage lung cancer, being on a ventilator at 100% O2, the lab results - this patient is not doing well.
