my sister, 41, has had skin cancer for 2 years just ...

my sister, 41, has had skin cancer for 2 years just recently it migrated to her brain and she had a frontal tumor removed. the doctor said that it was now stage 4, what does that mean for her chances of survival. would a drastic change in diet or attempting a more homeopathic approach improve her chances. she is my little sister, any advise you could offer would be greatly appriciated.
