Breast Cancer Adjuvant Care

I am a 39 year old female...diagnosed with Invasiive Ductual Carcinoma...(approximatley 1 cm)...also with non-invasive DCIS is separate area of same breast....no lymph node involvement and clean margins....Grade II, Estrogen positve , progesterone neative & HER2 positive 4). Had masectomy..with imnmediate reconstruction. My question is regarding adjuvant care...I am a Stage 1...premenapausal.....no family history of breast cancer..and am in good health overall. What is your advice on chemo coupled with Tamoxifen? Will my HER2 positive respond to Tamoxifen alone? Is chemo necessary given the 1 cm (slightly smaller) tumor.or can it do more harm than good. I am seeking several opinions.   Bottom line, what would you prescribe for adjuvant care based on the information I have provided. Thank you so very, very much..... Pamela
