Nine year son has a lump above left testicle he has just noticed about the size of his other testicles I have taken him to the doctor he said may be a cyst however felt more like tissue have further tests booked in a week but am very worried do you have any idea what it might be? please help I am very worried

Reply to haloprecious's Post: He said that he has only noticed the lump a few days ago, because of his young age I am unsure how long it has actually been there. He says that he has no pain with it, when the doctor examined him to feel the size of it he did not have any pain.
