I had a complete hysterectomy and my ovaries removed due to an estrogen positive breast cancer. I have had chemo and radiation as well as take arimidex. Now I have painful intercourse. The last time we tried, I even had some tearing and bled. We have used all of the over the counter, astroglide and replens.( they sting and are not lubricating enough)..etc...and still doesn't help. I am so disappointed for my spouse and I miss being with him. What else can we do? Should I go to the doctor and ask for somekind of estrogen cream?
