I have had a partial mastectomy for breast cancer in Jan 2001.My receptors were estrogen positive. I took tamoxifen for 5 yr after 33 radiation treatments. Recently I heard that positive receptor pts would benefit from taking arimidex after the completion of tamoxifen. Supposidly this was published in the New England Journal of Medicine within the last yr or so. Please comment. Thank you.
