i WAS WONDERING IF I SHOULD BE CONCERN ABOUT A VERY SHARP PAIN THAT COMES AND GOES IN MY RIGHT BREAST. When i have one, i have to kinda hold onto my breast untill the pain is gone. It has been doing this for a couple of days now. Along with this pain, i have been experenceing some tightness and dull ache in my chest. Is this something i should be concern about.

Where exactly is the pain? Is it on the skin of the breast, in the tissue of the breast, or inside the chest?

Is it related to food?
