pain with ejaculation; recent shortened penis length; 66 yr old male. Husband had radical prostatectomy in 9/04; removed all cancer. (PSAs still 0s). Regained almost total continence over 18 months (still has stress incontinence). Prostatectomy caused 2" immediate shortening of penis, as expected.
Spontaneous erections did not return; I gave a lot of oral sex, which allowed him to climax. (Occaisional minor burning sensation during climax.) As time went on, we tried Viagra (no luck), then Muse (too much burning pain for him), then the injections. While the injections were not optimal, they did permit intercourse, and he was able to climax. But a priapism problem in late '05 led to fewer injections; less frequent sex overall.
Since late '07, his penis has shortened another 2-3" -- now too short for intercourse. Also, when he climaxes (oral sex) he gets a burning sensation in penis. Weight gain of 35-40 lbs in last 2 yrs. Any way to still have intercourse? help.
