Hello

Is the lump movable?

Is it painful?

From how long you have noticed the lump?

It is not moving - it is on my left testicle. It has been sore for a few days now, but i just noticed the lump last night in bed. It is about the size of a small marble. It is harder than the rest of the testicle. Pain is probably a 4 out of 10, bearable but but not comfortable.

Hello

Hello

This sounds that it is testicular wart or a cyst like scrotal cyst.Typically epididymal cysts and spermatoceles do not require removal unless symptommatic.other possibility is of Varicocele,,Hematocele( blood collection within the scrotum)or Spermatocele (a cyst-like mass within the scrotum that contains fluid and dead sperm cells)A lump on the testicle is often the first sign of testicular cancer but it is often painless.Yours lump doesnt seem to be cancerous.Take tab.Ibuprofen 400mg twice daily for relief in pain & you can wait to consult your urologist.
