you should know whether you have positive nodes or mets (spread) called n and m numbers. if they are able to tell you this then they can give you the probable length of treatment and prognosis. these are probably your two most important qustions. then you can inquire about decrease in lung function-breathing and performance after the courses of chemo abd radiation youre on-each is different. sometimes they further categorize the type of cancer usually non small cell lung but may give more specifics from your biopsies which can also tell us about your survival and prgnosis.
