Has your doctor told you what stage it is in, stage A, B or C?

I did not understand what you meant by '12 peaces from the rectum'. How was it detected, was it by a manual examination through the rectum or by a blood test?

In your case, etiher surgery or radiation therapy needs to be used. Since it is biopsy positive, you will need active treatment.

Both surgery and radiotherapy have their advantages and disadvantages. The outcomes in early stages are also almost equal. So you need to discuss with your doctor as to what he would recommend.

Usually there is nothing to choose between these two treatments and both can be used with equal rate of complications and equal outcomes.
