I am 33 years old. I am having chest pain for the past one month. This is accompanied by pain in my left hand and left leg. Occasionally I am haing pain in my head also. I consulted the doctor and they took ECG and Chest X Ray. They both are normal. They suggested some pain releivers and anti acidity medicines. I am really worried about this pain. During nights my fingers are going numb some times. I am living in cold weather for the past one year

Dear Sir,

The pain releiver and Antacid didn't give any improvement. I will take B vitamins as suggested.

Sir,

I will consult a Rheumatologist.
How can I be sure that there is nothing related to heart? I am really concerned as the pain is on left side. But the pain is not coming as a surge but its continous. I am feeling more pain early in the morning when I am about to wake up.

The pain sometime is at the back and the doctor once said that this might be related to some rib strain. Should I also approach a physiotherapist? I am really confused Sir. Please do suggest the best option.
