Hello,
You are suffering from one of two things:
Acute dehydration: Alcohol causes acute dehydration since it decreases water absorption from the gut and increases urine output. Dehydration will cause excessive sleepiness, tiredness etc.
Alcohol Toxicity: In people who are more sensitive to the effects of alcohol, even social drinking can cause alcohol toxixity. In its mild form, there is aonly sleepiness, fatigue, general body aches and pains. In its severe form, the person may have confusion, loss of balances and may even go into a coma.
Please consult your doctor and ask for a full liver checkup including blood tests and ultrasound. If your liver is OK, there is nothing much you can do as medical treatment. You will need to limit the amount of alcohol you drink at one time.
Also take care to drink plenty of water within 12 hours of drinking the alcohol.
I hope this helps.
