I've been experiencing chest pain randomly for several days now. I have a history of acid reflux. How do I differentiate between GERD chest pain and something more serious like angina or CAD?

There’s no way to differentiate the symptoms. At this point your best bet is to monitor your cholesterol regularly, keep track of your blood pressure. Routine cardiac workup will helps also. If there is a way you can find something that helps keep your GERD under control that will help as well. It's just being in tune within your own body and whenever in doubt, see your doctor.

Hope this helps, If you need anything else please feel free to ask. If you found this helpful don’t forget to click the *accept* button
