i'm having non-acute, but painful chest pain for about the last 4 hours. It's just below my left breast, hurts worse when I lift anything or at the very fullest point if I take a super deep breath. Should I be concerned?

This sounds much like a muscle strain than anything else. Make sure that you stretch your body really good a couple of times a day and Aleve may help with the pain. Give this about a week and if you are still having problems see a doctor for evaluation and treatment. If this answer helps please hit the accept button. Thank you.

No I don't believe that you should worry unless you have been hit in the chest recently or if you are having shortness of breath, nausea, sweating, ect. Using your arms a lot can make this happen as well as lifting heavy objects. If this answer helps please hit the accept button. Thank you.
