Question

I've been having chest pain in the center of my chest

I've been having chest pain in the center of my chest along with shortness of breath and headache for four days. It hurts when I lean forward and I feel lots of pressure, sometimes the pain is alleviated when I belch but it's still there. Ibuprofen and aspirin relieves the pain for awhile, also I'm a smoker . I smoke a 1/2 an pack a day.

Your symptoms are consistent with very serious -- even life-threatening -- heart problems.
