I have been having chest pain and pressure ,weight loss, fatigue and periods of grand stupor. the symptoms and pain have been increasing to the point where it never goes away and is sometimes intense. My ekg is normal, cholesterol is slightly elevated, chest x-ray shows small pea sized spot of emphazema what can be causing this? oxyemettry test shows oxygen levels at 99-100 %
