I am having a strong chest pain every few minutes. What could this be?

What is the pain like - pressure, tightness, is it "crushing"? And shortness of breath? Where is the pain - does it radiate to your arm, shoulder, neck, or jaw? Any sweating? Are you healthy otherwise?
