I used to smoke marijuana (just recently quit after what I'm about to explain). I got some that was laced with cocaine. This gave me chest pain and I went to the ER to get checked out. They did an EKG and blood work (which revealed the cocaine) and said that there was no permanent damage, I just needed to stop the drug use. This was 2 days ago. The chest pain has went away, but just under my left rib I have like a sore feeling, and I can see my heart beating in this area (Rippling down my stomach kind of) what is causing this, and will it go away?
