have chest pain only on the left side, radiates ...

have chest pain only on the left side, radiates to back sometimes down the arm, consistant for 5 days, with some sharp pain sometimes under my breast. obviously not heart attack.... have history of indegstion.... but now this seems to ten times worse and across my entire chest. hate this feeling.
