i've been having chest pain, random heart

i've been having chest pain, random heart palpitations, pain between my shoulder blades, and lower abdomen pain. shortly after the heart murmurs i felt a difficulty breathing. also, i have been having frequent head aches. could these be symptoms of something serious?
