my injection fraction is 22% how can i get above 40%? I'm on 100mg. of corag a day for the past 3 months, and 200mg of CoQ10 daily. excrise 5 miles a day at a 4mph pace, for the past 4 weeks.

Generally the treatment of low ejection fraction consist of beta blockers like Coreg and ACE inhibitors (captopril, enalapril, etc.)

Exercise is also a good idea as long as you don't develop chest pain or shortness of breath.

MI 12 years ago, don't smoke, have two glasses of wine a day, on my doctors advice. First EF sense my MI. MY doctor say,s not much i can do about it.
