i have a sharp chest pain, ears and noise are stuffed up and mouth is dry,is this do to allergies. and if so should i take a benadryl?

Is your chest pain constant or it happens when you take a deep breath in ?

Where in the chest do you feel pain ?

Do you have coough ?

Do you have allergies such as dust , pollen, mildew etc. ?

Do you have high blood pressure problem?
