My sister is 34 years old and she has problem of chest pain ...

My sister is 34 years old and she has problem of chest pain which radiates to the back , constant burping and slight headache. This problem she is facing since a year. There is no problem in her bowel movements. She has 2 children age 2 yrs and 4 yrs. She got her thyroid checked : T3:113.8, T4:8.6, TSH:3.58. What may be the reason?
