I have been having pain in my chest for the past year or so. gone to the doctor had ekg. echo, was told i had a typical chest pain. I don't have the pain all time but when I do it it usulaay at night and the pain is somewhat unbearable gone to the hospital had test everyhting was neg. Could you explain the pain that i am having and what is a typical chest pain. I have high blood pressure and high cholestrol and ia am on meds
