i am a 47 woman. my periods are increasing painful and last 14 to 17 days. my pain is in my left pelvic area, but also extreme pain in my stomach area. not like a stomach ache, more like muscle (sort of). then for days after I have soreness. (like ive been doing sit ups.) This seems to be getting worse every few months. could this be endomitiosis? I don't understand the pain (almost unberable at times) in my upper stomach area. I also have a lot of blood clotting.

Yes this could not only be endometriosis but also cysts or polyps on the ovaries as well. All will cause pain with to without intercourse, abnormal cycles, and pain thst csn radiate into the surrounding areas near youe abdomen. Any cycle that lasts this long can be dangerous and can cause you to become anemic. The general rule is more than 7 days on a regular basis or heavy enough to go through more than 6 pads or tampons within six hours is a sign that further evaluation is necessary. They need to perform an MRI or sonogram to get a good look and see what is going on with your internal organs and this way they can also treat your level of pain while they determine the best course of treatment.

It depends on if you have any other symptoms that could cause the chest pain to be something else, like any numbness in the arms, problems with breathing that could relate to a respiratory illness or even heartburn or acid reflux. And this may be that you have two things going on as usually this does not cause chest pain so this is something that if it continues and it may not be from acid reflux or possible bronchitis or pneumonia should be further evaluated and I can understand cost being an issue but you should at least go to a walk-in clinic to have a thorough examination since chest pain can be serious.
