Male, 43 years old. Has been having pain in upper left ribs for the last 2 months. Has developed serious pain under in chest under left nipple. He says he's also had chest pain for the last couple of weeks. Also has acid reflux but hasn't had problems with it for awhile. He is very concerned about the pain in the chest under the nipple but also doesn't want to go to the ER or doctors office if it's not a serious symptom. He has no "crushing" pain or pain radiating down the arm.
