I have this sharp chest pain that comes and goes, is constant for a while, then goes away. It is sharp pain in the center of my chest st my breast bone. Alsom when i lie down, and try to roll over i have this feeling that is like i am dislocating my ribs, again, in the center of my chest near my breastbone, its a sharp pain that causes me to revert to my original position.
