I am 34 and a smoker. For years now in the morning mainly, If I sneeze, cough, clear my throat I have round balls of phlegm that fly out. It use to be green ,brown, and yellow but lately they are clear cristal phlegm balls the size of a pea.....I have chest cramping in the middle of my chest all the time....Can u help
