The pinky on my left hand started to lose feeling
Sent to Health Experts May 21 08:07 PM

The pinky on my left hand started to lose feeling about 3 days ago. The sensation-numbness and tingling is now spreading into the fourth finger and left side of palm/hand.   It appears to be nerve related and I thought I would see an acupuncturist any other thoughts or diagnosis. i don't remember having any recent injury.

No major medical conditions. Only meds for osteoporosis. I take vitamijns but not everyday. I am hypoglycemic and generally watch my diet. I have been somewhat excessive the past 2 weeks as I received a gift of Turikish candy. No chest pains although 2 weeks ago I did have 3 days where I had palpatations that I attributed to hypoglycemic attacks. My system is very sensitive as I usually refrain from refined carbs.

Left hand is as strong as it can be with what appears to be advancing numbness. Pinky is weak & tingling is present all day and night.

I agree with Dr. Baron. I strongly suggest you consult with a neurosurgeon who can personally examine you and order the necessary tests in order to confirm the diagnosis and help you decide on the right treatment for you.
