Hi

For how long you have these symptoms?

Do you have numbness in arms?

Is the pain radiating to arms or shoulder?

Do you have difficulty in breathing?

Any past medical illness?

Do you have family history of cardiac disease?

Such pain may be due to costochondritis . It is the inflammation of cartilage . Along with NSAIDS you can take muscle relaxants, They will surely help you.Take rest and avoid exercise.

Thanks
