Hello

The symptoms you have described can be due to Angina. It is most often caused by blockages in the arteries(Coronary artery) that supply blood to heart.Stable angina is not a heart attack but makes it more likely that you may have a heart attack in the future. You need:EKG, Stress EKG Certain blood tests.Remember all type of chest pain should be checked & ruled out for a heart disease.

So I advice you to consult cardiologist for complete examination & treat accordinglly.
