I get pains in my chest. It feels like something is trying to bust out of my chest. I have a hard time breathing when this happens. My arms and legs get weak and I get light headed. All this happens when I wake up or I walk futher than 50m. I workout but I don't take supplements. I don't know if this is related but I also feel like I have woater in my lungs and start coaghing everytime I lay down to go to sleep.

I have had an x-ray and a CT and they say it is not my heart the CT was over 12hrs after I had an episode in which I passed out. And Had to be rushed to the medics. I have been through 3 army doctors and they have no answers but wait and see.

An X-ray and a CT scan would NOT be an adequate work-up for chest pain and passing out (syncope).

I would suggest seeing a cardiologist to have EKG, treadmill stress test, 24 hour recording of your heart rhythm (Holter Monitor), and most likely an echocardiogram (ultrasound of the heart)
