Hi,

This is something for which you should go to the ER immediately.

If the pain goes away when taking Nitro tabs, then it is very likely to be a heart pain or angina. This is a diagnostic test, heart pain is relieved with nitro tabs. Hence you should go to the ER immediately.

The fact that you vomited during sleep and also feeling exhausted is also very suggestive.

All these symptoms show that you must go to the ER immediately.
