what causes chest pain under left breast

I have been having chest pain under my left breast for about 6 months. It started in the chest about 2 years ago. That went away and I have had a pressure pain on the top of my left breast.

Test I have already taken. Xray, ctscan heart untrasound, ekg and i also wore a holster to monitor my heart for a couple of days. Everything came back normal. Do you have any other sugestions. I also take a lot of excedrin migrane for stress headaches and vicodin es for fibroids.

If heart and lungs have been given the all clear then you need to consider anxiety disorder, or possible gastric related and an endoscopy may be helpful. This is especially the case as your painkillers may be causing stomach irritation and reflux should be ruled out.

A final option may be costocondritis which is a musculoskeletal problem involving inflammation and pain of the ribs.
