Go to an Emergency Clinic -- they must treat you even if you can't
pay. They will try to set up a payment arrangement with you --
just offer to pay a small amount each month.
No one can provide you with an accurate diagnosis -- let alone a safe and effective treatment -- through a forum like this.
Don't ignore this pain. your body is warning you that something is
wrong and it will most likely get worse, not better without treatment.
