why im i having so much chest pain

Will you tell more about the chest pain.

sharp pain or dull pain or pressure like and heaviness??? radiating to the left arm or jaw or neck or shoulder?? fever or chills ???? Shortness of breath?? Palpitations?? happen at rest or related to exersion and activity? how often???

it feels like theres something else in my chest thats not suppose to be there. a lot of pressure and sometimes im out of breath .iv have had it for about a month. ive had chest pain before but it maybe last off an on for a couple of weeks this time its not going away

have u done echocardiography beside the EKG, Stress test??? So far what kind of tests your cardiologist done?? any sweating??

It could be related to anxiety but It look cardiac as well for me, I suggest seeking another cardiac opinion.
