should i tell my gynocologist that i am a swinger

Im in a commited relationship but we also see other people together and swap partners. I was curious if I should tell my gynocologist.Or should I just ask for aids testing every year as long as all the other std testing as well. I mean they would assume if your in a commited relationship why would you need to get tested every year. So would it just be easier to say I am involved in this lifestyle and get tested for everything every year? Just curious what your opinion is thanks.
