I had a semi-big abnormal growth around the edge of my anal cavity. It was hard but just felt like skin. It went away after 2 days. The only time i have had sex is 8 months ago and it was not anal sex. I was tested for HIV, syphilis, gonnorhea, and chlamydia and I do not have any of those; is it possible to be hpv or any other std?
