My sex partner tested positive for chlamydia, when I got tested my results were negative. She claims that she hasn't had sex with anyone else. Is it possible to contract     chlamydia without having sex with an infected person? If so, what are the ways she could have possibly contracted this?

Hi,

You can get it only from intimate sexual contact, which is any touching of your genitals to another person's mouth, genitals, or anus. Even if you don't have intercourse, you can still catch chlamydia if your genitals just touch the genitals of somebody else who has it.
