I need to know the symtoms of a yeast infection. I recently had intercorse after almost 3 yrs of not having any. It was very wild intense intercourse. After a few days I noticed really bad itching, and really bad cottage cheese like discharge from my vagina. I did not have any symtoms of the sort prior to me having sex, and I had been tested for all std when I had my son 2yrs ago. coukd this have happened because I have'nt had sex in such a long?
