I keep leaking pee, and just got tested for chlamydia, but they said it most likely wasn't the std, nor was there any inflamation due to the lack of white blood cells under the microscope. What else could be the cause?

drinking cranberry juice, refraining from sexual activities, and getting tested for stds

By leaking pee i mean, that little droplets of urine leak out of my penis throughout the day.... and i can control it by holding it in, but the muscle used to hold it in gets tired after a while and then I can't prevent it.
It is not a lot of urine, its just a little.
Relevent medical history: healthy, but I smoke.
This has happened to me before, but that time it was chlamydia, and I got the medicine for it. About 5 months ago this happened, and the lady thought I might have had a urinary track infection and she gave me antibiotics, and it stopped... This time, it was a different lady and I did not get antibiotics.
No other symptoms.
