If I have Chlamydia can my boyfriend get it through kissing and spitting in the mouth?

No this only lives in vaginal fluid and semen and you cannot catch this by kissing, it is different then mono that can be. This is a different strain of bacteria and is only passed through sexual contact. I am going to include a link below that explains more about this so you can understand this better.

Okay. However, before I tested positive, I thought it could be a yeast infection because of my discomfort around my vagina (redness, itching, and burning). I also got sick and was coughing up a liquid that was like mucus. A day later my boyfriend and I were fooling around and I spit in his mouth when we were kissing. Now he's all freaked out. What do you think? Could the mucus be from the chlamydia or would have that be just a cold?

That was from a cold, I can understand him being worried but tell him that this type of bacterial infection cannot live in the saliva, it will not live outside of his sperm or your vagina so this is from a cold not anything to do with chlamydia.
