sore for last 2 days spots came up today slight discomfort when urinating no blisters havent had unprotected sex but did recieve oral sex

Hello,

It is possible that you have picked up a sexually transmitted disease like chlamydia when you had the oral sex.

Chlamydia causes inflammation of the urethra (causing difficulty in passing urine), as well as small ulcers which may look like small white spots. Other STDs which may cause similar symptoms are chancroid, gonorrhea and granuloma inguinale.

Please consult a doctor for tests . These diseases are easily treated by medicines when they are diagnosed early.
