Yes. Chlamydia is usually treated with a one time dose of one gram (or 1,000 mg) of the antibiotic azithromycin.

It is important that you get rechecked 1-2 weeks after completion of the antibiotics in order to be sure that all the bacteria are killed. Also it is important that your partner be treated and tested.
