Good morning. I work out at a gym regularly but my abdominal area doesn't want to disappear. I started using a cream called Q & S Fat Burn and reafirmimg cream. You are to massage the "affected" area where reduction is needed and it is more effective if applied before an excercise routine. "Increase sweating and reduce the fat" It says. I massaged it on my stomach, wrapped it in saran wrap and went to work out. When I finished working out, the saran wrap had liquid in it, (that I assumed was sweat), maybe about 5 Tablespoons. But my stomach looks swollen now, it giggles when I walk (which it never did before). It feels as if there is liquid inside. Then my waist right at my pantyline is normal. Then I'm a little swollen again where my pubic hair is. What has happened? I worked out Saturday morning. Before I worked out my waist was 34" since then it it 38"! Please help!!

Thank you for your response, but I am not interested in how these creams work. I have a basic idea about that already. I want to know what has happened to my body. I look disgusting and feel really bloated. My stamach looks as if there were a large rubberband around it for a while then taken off. It's fat and bloated on top, then goes way in, then gets fat at the bottom again. What it this? is what I am asking. How can I make my stomach go back down to normal? Does liquid have to be suctioned out? Is this temporary? Have you ever experienced this with a patient before? I need to know what has made my stomach grow 4" in one hour!

The effect is temporary, it will wear off within a few weeks at the most. DO not undergo any further procedures at the present, do not massage the area or use any further products at present, I wrote this in the last reply too, but guess since the reply was very long you did not see it,
